Ready to Sell Items (RTS)

All Made to Order (MTO) or Ready to Sell (RTS) orders are processed upon full payment ONLY; once the order has been processed, there are no refunds unless it is at the fault of D&P Family Designs. There is a 5-7 business day processing time on Ready to Sell items; this DOES NOT include shipping times as we do not have control over shipping. If ordering Ready to Sell items WITH Customized items; processing and shipping times will be longer and all items will ship together (all customized items come with a 1-3 week processing time depending on customizations and if items are in stock).

Ready to Sell (RTS) - items that we have in stock and ready to ship.

Made to Order (MTO) - items that we will make upon ordering and will ship out once processed. Most RTS items can also be MTO if current RTS becomes Out of Stock; the exception to this is if materials are discontinued.
