Choice of 14 Oz or 20 Oz Sublimation Skinny Tumbler or a 16oz 4in1 Koozie.  Handcrafted item. Coloring of actual image may differ from cup. Double-wall, vacuum insulated, BPA free, Sliding Splash Proof Lid, Straw & Care Card Included, Stays Cold 24+ hours & Warm 8 hours (vendor statement). 4in1 comes with 2 lids, straw and has notches inside to accommodate different size beverages.  *Sublimation is a bake-process and like other crafts may have imperfections. 9/10 times most designs have a seam of some kind. Sublimation products are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Hand washing is the preferred way of cleaning tumblers; soaking is not recommended. All orders are processed upon full payment ONLY; once the order has been processed, there are no refunds unless it is at the fault of D&P Family Designs. There is a 3-4 week processing time on Made to Order Sublimation orders; this DOES NOT include shipping times as we do not have control over shipping. If ordering Ready to Sell or Made to Order Sublimation items WITH Customized items; processing and shipping times will be longer and all items will ship together (all customized items come with a 4-6 week processing time).
